1. Status of this document

This record is a release-gated draft. It is not yet active Terms and must not be presented as final legal information.

Before publication, the real service provider, a monitored demonstration-support contact, an effective date, and a verified complaint route must be supplied.

2. Demonstration scope

VietBowl lets people browse a fictional menu, customize Menu Items, use an optional Customer Account and demonstration-order history, and go through a simulated checkout.

Menu, prices, address, hours, delivery areas, contact details, and order statuses are Demo Data unless expressly identified otherwise.

3. No sale, delivery, or real payment

Checkout and its payment result are simulated. The demonstration does not take payment, create a fulfilment order, prepare or deliver food, or create a sale, restaurant-service, reservation, voucher, invoice, or meal-refund entitlement.

No demonstration restaurant address is a collection point or legal-support address.

4. Account and demonstration data

A Customer Account is optional. Carts, accounts, and demonstration orders may remain stored until manually deleted in line with the published Privacy Notice.

This draft does not guess the data scope, lawful basis, recipients, retention, user rights, or request route; those facts must be verified before publication.

5. Permitted use

People may use the demonstration for its intended purpose. Before publication, the actual technical requirements and rules on unlawful content, account security, and ending account use must be established.

This draft does not impose extra obligations on users beyond what the implemented demonstration genuinely requires.

6. Contact, complaints, and versions

Before publication, the real service provider and a monitored route for demonstration support and electronic-service complaints, where applicable, must be identified.

The active version must show a revision, effective date, and access to earlier versions. Those fields are intentionally inactive in this draft.
