1. Inventory status

2. Required observations
Before publication, inspect a clean visit, guest cart, account login, logout, consent changes, and a mobile path. Third-party requests and application dependencies must also be checked.
Each entry must identify the technology and name or pattern, provider, first- or third-party status, purpose, category, duration, recipient or transfer, and the necessity rationale or consent requirement.
3. Consent and settings
Optional analytics, marketing, social, or similar storage must not be loaded or accessed before valid consent. If such storage is added, reject, manage, and later-withdraw choices must be as accessible as acceptance.
If an entry is considered necessary for a requested function, its rationale must come from an item-by-item verification, not a general assumption.
4. Version and changes
The published version must show its revision, effective date, and current inventory. Every browser-storage change requires a fresh review of the content and consent mechanism.
